PAYMENT

All payment methods supported by PayPal are accepted, including main credit cards and prepaid cards as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Carta Aura and Postepay.

All payments are absolutely safe as entrusted to PayPal, worldwide leader in online purchase payment solutions.

PayPal charges your credit card upon acceptance of the order.

The process of acceptance of an order is completed with the verification of the credit card (expiring date and currency availability). The acceptance is then reported to the customer directly with an email containing all the information on what was purchased (order number, products purchased, prices, total amount, etc.).

You can check the status of your order at any time by entering the apposite section of the website, provided that you have created an account and have the credentials to login.

SHIPPING

Generally, shipping takes place within 2-3 working days from the order acceptance.

You order will be delivered by TNT Express Courier.

Shipping is free of charge.

RETURNS

All purchased products can be returned to our online store within 15 days from the date of delivery.

  • • Make sure all returned items are in perfect condition, including original tags that certify the garment’s authenticity and identify the items through the barcode.
  • Complete the Online Return Form that can be found in your account. This will give you a Return Number. If you don’t have an account, fill in the Return Form for customers without an account by clicking here.
  • • Prepare the shipping box: if the original packaging is no longer usable, use a box with a size similar to the original. Label your package properly, including the Return Number and the order references that must be clearly indicated on the package label containing the items to be returned.
  • • Send us an email at servizio_clienti@jeckerson.it with the pick-up information (place and date), and you will receive a reply detailing the destination address of the return package together with a pick-up confirmation.
  • Once the items are received and inspected, your will receive an email to confirm the return acceptance and a refund will be issued with the same date of value as the date of charge.
  • Shipping for returns are free of charge
