The www.jeckerson.it and www.jeckerson.com websites have been created to provide visitors with information about products, promotional events and some extra entertainment.
Users acknowledge that use of the websites is subject to acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The words and terms, Jeckerson, which are associated in any way to the trademark and brand name Jeckerson S.p.A., partially or wholly, may not be used as internet addresses for other sites, or part of such addresses.

INFORMATION RECEIVED BY JECKERSON S.P.A
Jeckerson S.p.A. processes all personal information of clients' who use the services offered on the site, in full observance of Italian regulations provided for by Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any material sent to Jeckerson S.p.A will not be considered confidential, Jeckerson S.p.A. will have no obligations of any sort concerning such material and will be free to reproduce, use, reveal, show, transform it, create works deriving from it, and distribute it to third parties, freely and without being found responsible for violating current regulations, for example, on the subject of royalties, or, in any case, protection of intellectual property.
COOKIES
No user's personal data is purposefully acquired by the site. Cookies are not used for transmission of personal information, nor are persistent cookies of any nature used, nor user tracing systems. The use of session cookies (those which are not memorised persistently on the user's computer and which disappear when the browser is shut down) is strictly limited to the transmission of session ID which is necessary to allow safe and efficient exploration of the site. In accordance with article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 - personal data protection code - Jeckerson S.p.A., as data controller, informs that processing of personal information provided serves only to carry out contractual obligations and to comply to specific requests, in addition to lawful compliance to regulations, particularly those associated to accountancy and tax.
The information itself will be kept and used in order to permit contractual relations in providing the services offered and, also, for advertising, commercial information, market research, new product offers and services provided by Jeckerson S.p.A..
Information processing will take place primarily through the use of information technology or, where necessary, through manual procedures and, in any case, using methods and operating within the limits necessary to those ends, as provided by Legislative Decree n. 196/2003.
In order to carry out certain activities associated to the services offered, your personal information may be given by Jeckerson S.p.A. and/or collaborators who operate for Jeckerson S.p.A. in consultancy, fraud control, debt collecting, enveloping, sorting and transporting correspondence to clients and other activities associated to management of contractual supply relations.
Consent and processing will also concern activities and processing carried out by the above mentioned figures.
Giving information is necessary for precise execution of contractual and precontractual obligations and their absence will make it impossible for us to fulfil our contractual obligations in total conformity, and render impossible punctual updating on new products and services offered by Jeckerson S.p.A..
The data controller is Jeckerson S.p.A with offices at Prunaro di Budrio. We also inform you that the revised list of all those responsible for processing information is available at Jeckerson S.p.A.'s company offices in Prunaro di Budrio (BO), Via Mori, n 6.
The data subject shall be recognised rights as article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 - attached in full - and particularly the right to access their own personal information, request modification, revision and erasure, if they are incomplete, wrong or collected unlawfully, also to object to their being processed for legitimate reasons, by sending requests to the data controller Jeckerson S.p.A., Prunaro di Budrio (BO), Via Mori, n 6.
ATTACHMENT: ARTICLE 7 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 196 OF 30 JUNE 2003
(the right to access personal information and other rights)
The data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether personal information relating to him exists, regardless of their being already recorded, and the intelligible communication of such data. 2. The data subject shall have the right to obtain indications of: a) the origin of the personal information; b) the purpose and method of processing; c) the logic applied where processing is done by means of electronic instruments; d) identification of the controller, other responsible figures and the representative designated in Italy, of persons in charge or delegates. 3. The data subject shall have the right to obtain: a) the updating, rectification or, where interested therein, completion of the data; b) the erasure, transformation into an anonymous form of data, or blocking of data which have been processed unlawfully, including those the keeping of which is not necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed; c) the statement that operations as per a) and b) above have been made known, as also related to their contents, to the subjects to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except when the provision of such information proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected. 4. The data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part: a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data relating to him, even though relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data relating to him which is carried out for purposes of commercial information or advertising or direct marketing, or else for the performance of market or interactive commercial communication surveys.

Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 - “personal data protection code”.
PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING
In accordance with article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 - personal data protection code - Jeckerson S.p.A., as data controller, informs that the personal data provided by you is processed exclusively to carry out contractual obligations and to fulfil your specific requests, in addition to observing legal obligations, particularly those connected to accounting and fiscal.
Further to being requested from you, your personal information, may, for the above stated purpose, also be provided by the firm appointed by the tax office, co-controller of data processing. The same data will be kept and used exclusively in order to permit carrying out contractual relations in the supply of services.
MODALITY FOR THE PROCESSING
Data processing will be carried out principally with the aid of technological instruments or, where necessary, with manual procedures and, in any case, within the methods and limits necessary to achieve the above stated purposes, as provided in article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003.
Your data will be processed exclusively by those responsible and by those delegated by the data controller.
CATEGORIES OF PERSON TO WHOM DATA MAY BE DIVULGED
In order to carry out a number of activities associated to providing services, your personal information may be transmitted to Jeckerson S.p.A. and/or its collaborators who operate on its behalf and perform consultancy services, payment and collectorship services, fraud control, debt collecting, enveloping, sorting and transport of correspondence to clients and other activities which are in any case connected to the management of contractual supply relations. Giving data is necessary for carrying out contractual and precontractual obligations and their absence will make it impossible for us to fulfil our contractual obligations in total conformity
Personal data will not be disseminated.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
As “data subject” you shall have the right to (article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003) access your personal data, ask for its rectification, updating and erasure, in addition to the right to oppose its processing for legitimate reason, either totally or partially, by sending requests to the data controller Jeckerson S.p.A..
